Cameron did an amazing job top notch cut professional and great to talk with would highly recommend will definitely be back to see him
I'd been going here for years And I've only ever had one sucky haircut, Loved the shampoos and the hot towels. sadly, recently They can't seem to hire enough decent people to replace the great ones that used to be there And wait times have gotten exceedingly worse till today I walked out when my appointment time My 60 min wait made it down to 5 minutes, and jumped back up to 55 minutes. I thought it was just a glitch but when I waited another 15 i left. It would have been different if they had said a word to me or the others waiting about a possible delay, an unexpected call-out, yada yada, we're short thanks for your patience, but oh well. might try a different sport clips, but i have a suspicion that the "hiring issue" will be company-wide.
I always walk in with a mess and walk out with a clean cut.
My son got his hair cut the other day. We were told to wait on the man to cut his hair. We showed him a picture and he said I got you! Well, he knew he messed up because he kept nervously asking questions like “if you could eat anywhere in Huntsville where would it be” to try to distract us from the fact that he had messed up. He just kept cutting it shorter and shorter. Then wanted to say his hair texture was making it difficult. He has very thin hair. Easy to cut. Needless to say, he cut so much of it off and faded the sides so incredibly high that my son came home and had tears in his eyes at almost 18. He is embarrassed to go to school. So after paying for the haircut and the tip, we are going to have to completely buzz his hair. Not to mention the reason he liked coming to yall was the steamed towel and massage. He got nothing. He did not get his hair washed. He did not get a steamed towel or massage. He just received a very bad haircut.
If he didn’t feel comfortable cutting his hair or doing that style he should do said so. He confidently said I GOT YOU! Yup I know what he wants. I got you! After we were made to wait on him because the lady working said he needed to preform that cut. It wasn’t a hard cut either.
You need to train your employees to say I AM NOT COMFORTABLE GIVING YOU THIS HAIRCUT, if they don’t know how to do it. That would have been no problem. Instead I’m having to deal with the backlash of an autistic 17 yr old boy who now doesnt want to go to school.
The whole situation was weird. The way he knew he messed up his hair and kept asking off the wall questions was weird. The fact that he got less than sub par treatment was weird. It seemed like there were two people working and neither of them were confident in cutting hair.
Needless to say, after spending almost $50 to come home and have to shave his head and wait for his hair to grow back we will not be back again and honestly I should be refunded. I really don’t like to complain about things, but I could have done a better job cutting his hair.
