Sport Clips Haircuts Franchisees Mark and Jan Mansfield Honored with 2026 MVP Award by Multi-Unit Franchisee Magazine
DALLAS, Texas (April 2, 2026) – Mark and Jan Mansfield, Sport Clips Haircuts area developers/franchisees, have been recognized by Multi-Unit Franchisee magazine as a winner among its annual MVP (Most Valuable Performer) Awards, recognizing the nation's top multi-unit franchisees. The Mansfields, who were among Sport Clips’ first franchisees in the 1990s, were selected from what the media outlet calls “a highly competitive group of nominees” representing “the best in the industry.” The Mansfields are the “Influencer Husband and Wife Team” awardees, selected for “demonstrating exceptional leadership, innovation, and growth for both their own organization and the brands they represent.”
“Receiving this award is a tremendous honor, and we are sincerely grateful to our amazing Sport Clips work family for their support and dedication,” Mark Mansfield says. “This recognition is a reflection of all of us, and we are proud to celebrate it together.”
This year’s outstanding multi-unit franchisees were presented with MVP Awards at the recent Multi-Unit Franchising Conference, held March 24-27 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas and attended by more than 2,200 members of the greater franchising industry, including several representatives from Sport Clips.
“From high school sweethearts to award-winning franchise leaders, Mark and Jan have built a powerhouse Sport Clips organization rooted in shared values, complementary strengths, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, people, and community impact,” says Brent Greenwood, Sport Clips VP of franchise development. “The Mansfields have achieved multi-year Area Developers of the Year, ‘Logan’ Store of the Year, and are leaders of a team that has earned multiple Manager of the Year, Coach of the Year, and a Rookie Coach of the Year honors. Their stores have achieved Top Client Count and Million Dollar Store status. Their legacy with the brand is defined by results.”
The media outlet reports that its judges searched for “the best, brightest, and most inspiring multi-unit franchisees before selecting 10 category winners.” For their recognition, the Mansfields will be profiled in an upcoming issue of Multi-Unit Franchisee magazine and you can learn more about their story here.
