As a sponsor of Gratitude Initiative (GI), Sport Clips helps make it possible for the organization to provide educational support, comprehensive college and career preparation, and scholarships to the children of military service members, veterans, disabled veterans, and those killed in defense of our country. GI is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit whose mission is to honor the service and sacrifice of our military and law-enforcement families by providing essential education programs and scholarships to help their children succeed in college, career, and life.

Sport Clips has been a driving force behind Gratitude Initiative’s mission for 13 years. Thanks to this longstanding partnership, Gratitude Initiative has served thousands of military teens and their families stationed across all 50 U.S. states and around the world. GI provides the most comprehensive and unlimited college and career counseling program available- including test prep, financial aid counseling, and up to 9 years of support- at no cost to the families they serve. Over the past five years, 96 percent of graduating GI seniors have been accepted into one or both of their top two preferred colleges and received an average of over $23,000 in yearly financial aid.
