Sport Clips Haircuts Elevates Brand Vision with Two New National Agency Partnerships and New VP of Marketing

The brand welcomes Horizon Media & Get Engaged agencies and Tracy Ziepprecht to the team 

GEORGETOWN, Texas (Dec. 17, 2025) – Sport Clips Haircuts, the nation’s leading haircare provider for men and boys, today announced the addition of Horizon Media and Get Engaged as its new national agency partners, as well as Tracy Ziepprecht to the Sport Clips team as VP of Marketing, Brand. The agency partnerships and the addition of Ziepprecht signal a major step forward in the brand’s strategy to strengthen its brand storytelling, expand social engagement and accelerate growth across consumer and franchise markets.  

Following a comprehensive agency review, Horizon Media has been selected as Sport Clips’ national media planning and buying agency, bringing unmatched expertise in audience strategy, performance analytics, and full-funnel media innovation. Leveraging Blu, Horizon's AI-native connected marketing intelligence platform, the agency will deliver precision targeting across Sport Clips' multiple consumer segments while enabling hyper-local planning and execution to support store-level marketing and grand opening efforts. The partnership will support national campaigns, brand-building initiatives, and growth marketing efforts in key markets, designed to reach new consumers and reinforce loyalty among existing guests.

Get Engaged has been named Sport Clips’ national social media and influencer marketing agency, bringing social first, creative, content development and influencer partnerships. Their culture-first approach will help the brand strengthen its voice, scale its social storytelling and deepen connections across social platforms. Within days of launching the partnership, Get Engaged took an already in-market holiday promotion to a new level with fun creative featuring social influencer, The Rizzler.

In her previous roles with Pollo Campero and Raising Cane’s, she led cross-functional marketing teams and pioneered an in-house creative agency while providing strong creative leadership that elevated brand identities and drove meaningful consumer engagement.
