No. 18 Sport Clips Toyota Supra News and Notes:

·        DENNY HAMLIN AT DARLINGTON RACEWAY: Denny Hamlin will make his 12th-career NASCAR Xfinity Series start this weekend at Darlington Raceway, a track that has been one of Hamlin’s best tracks throughout his career. In his previous 11 starts at the track, Hamlin has five wins, nine top-five finishes and 11 top-eight finishes. All five of his pole starting positions resulted in race wins. His average start at the track is 6.7, average finish is 2.7 and he has led 528 laps. In addition to his Xfinity success, Hamlin has two wins in the Cup Series, seven top-five finishes and 11 top-10 finishes. 

·        JGR AT DARLINGTON RACEWAY: Joe Gibbs Racing has 55 total starts Darlington Raceway in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. In those 55 starts, JGR has earned 10 wins at the track and 28 top-five finishes and 37 top-10 finishes. The team has led 1,087 laps, completed 7,560 of 8,041 attempted laps (94.0 %) and earned an average start of 12.4 and average finish of 10.3. Hamlin leads the team with five wins followed by Kyle Busch with two wins and Bobby Labonte, Tony Stewart and Joey Logano with one win each.  

·        THIS WEEK ON THE NO. 18 SUPRA: For his lone Xfinity Series race of the season, Denny Hamlin will carry Sport Clips as the primary sponsor this weekend on the No. 18 Toyota Supra.

·        THROWING IT BACK: Hamlin’s No. 18 Sport Clips Supra will throw it back to Bill Elliott and his No. 11 car. Hamlin grew up an Elliott fan, racing all around Virginia and surrounding areas in his own No. 11 stock car.
