Sport Clips Haircuts, the nation’s leading men’s and boys’ hair care provider, has launched online check in for new and existing clients to claim a spot in line for haircare services at their closest location.
“Client convenience is a top priority for Sport Clips, so we developed the online check in option to make it even easier for our clients to come in for a haircut when it is convenient for them. Our highly accurate system shows wait times for all stores in an area so when clients come in, they will already be in the queue, minimizing wait time. Our wall-mounted display shows each client exactly where they are in the queue, and approximate time until their service. Checking in online gives our clients flexibility when planning their next haircut and saves them valuable time,” says Founder and CEO Gordon Logan.
Check in can be done via desktop, tablet or mobile by visiting our Online Check-in Page and doesn't require downloading an app to a mobile device. To check in, clients will go to the main page and, after allowing Sport Clips to identify their location or zip code, see an option to select their preferred store from a map and select the check-in button. Upon first online check in, clients will be asked to create an account, and the information is saved to speed up the future check in process.
For additional convenience, multiple haircuts can be requested under one account, so there's no need to create separate accounts for children. When checking in online, clients can also choose a preferred stylist. Once checked in, clients will be given an estimated arrival time to show up at the store, clients' first name and last initial are listed on a wallboard mounted near the front counter, and clients are asked to give the Sport Clips team a heads up upon arrival.
