Team member input places Sport Clips among Top U.S.-based companies
GEORGETOWN, Texas
Sport Clips Haircuts is recognized as a "Best Company for Women" and for "Best Company Culture" in awards just out from Comparably. Sport Clips is also recognized as for its "Leadership" and "Best Outlook," along with an A+ rating. These are based on sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rate their employers through a series of questions on Comparably.com throughout the year. The answer to each question is given a numerical score and then compared to companies of similar size across the U.S. Winners are based on ratings from employees of all ages, genders, ethnicities, departments, education levels, and experience, with an exception for "Best Companies for Women" being based solely on ratings from female employees. The final data set is compiled from nearly 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies on Comparably.
“Sport Clips was founded on the principle of 'doing the right thing and treating others the way they want to be treated,' and this acknowledgment by team members in franchises across the country and in our company-owned stores resonates our service mindset,” says Gordon Logan, Sport Clips founder and CEO. "In the stores and at our support center, we value what it takes to deliver a great MVP experience to Sport Clips clients, and valued team members are the heart of that culture."
Sport Clips has more than 18,000 team members in its U.S. locations and Georgetown, Texas support center. Their input was provided to Comparably as a leading workplace culture and compensation site with a mission to make workplaces more transparent and rewarding. Winning a Comparably award is based entirely on employee feedback in nearly 20 core culture metrics, from leadership and work environment to compensation and outlook.
